The parameters given in the table are conditional, as they largely depend on the style of the product and the degree of extensibility of the fabric.

When choosing a size, we recommend paying attention to the measurements of the products given in the descriptions.

Determining your size is very simple, it is enough to know the basic parameters of the figure – bust, waist, hips and height.
Chest girth (CG) is measured at the level of the armpits at the protruding points of the chest.
Waist circumference (FROM) - at the narrowest point of the torso (to find this place, tie a cord or thin ribbon around the waist).
Hip circumference (OB) - along the protruding points of the buttocks (usually located at a distance of 18-22 cm from the waist). In all cases, the measuring tape must be parallel to the floor!!!

In order to take measurements correctly, you need to know a few nuances. Firstly, all measurements are carried out tightly over the body and in underwear – Only in this way will you get the correct numbers. If you want the clothes to sit more freely, add 2 cm to the result. Secondly, it is better for someone else to take the measurements, because when measuring, you should stand straight, without slouching or bending over.
