Lean tour for clothing industry manufacturers

On December 14, a Lean tour for garment industry manufacturers took place in Garne. Tour participants had the opportunity to see in practice how the company applies Lean principles to increase efficiency and productivity. 
 
The tour began with a presentation from the founder of the brand Oksana Kharkina. She spoke about the history of the company, its development strategy and the features of applying the Lean methodology. 
Lean manufacturing is a system that helps businesses produce more products with less cost. It is based on such principles as:  

• Continuous improvement 
• Reduce losses 
• Attracting employees
• Improving quality 

However, successful implementation of Lean manufacturing requires a charged team that is ready for change. 
 
Garne continues to implement lean production and share its experience with others.
