Добрий день.
Замовила 31.03. 2023 колготи Marilyn чорного кольору, 4 розмір, артикул: 4023082.
Замовлення було підтверджене постачальником та надіслане 04.04.2023. Отримала на Новій пошті 06.04.2023 року. Сьогодні вирішила вдягти обновку, проте, розкривши верхню картонну упаковку, виявила, що колготки насправді темно-зеленого кольору (зверху упаковки це малопомітно, виглядає як матовий чорний колір).
Оглянувши упаковку більш детально, виявила, що вона має два маркування. На одному боці, з чітким зазначенням артикулу 4023082, колір вказано як "чорний". З іншого боку упаковки має місце маркування кольору латинськими літерами - "Forest", як я розумію, це зелений.
Прошу замінити не належний товар. Фото товару за потреби можу надати.
