Сумка з м'якого шкірзаму, який швидко деформується і вже таким і залишається. Сумка прийшла вся зім'ята у пакеті НП. Заломи так і залишились. Нажаль . Функціонал, фасон, колір - все добре. Але що робити із деформацією ?

Нам щиро шкода, що під час транспортування вона була зім'ята, і заломи залишилися. На жаль, м'який шкірозамінник, особливо при недбалому пакуванні чи транспортуванні, дійсно схильний до таких деформацій. Ми обов'язково переглянемо якість пакування, щоб мінімізувати такі випадки в майбутньому.
